Seminars are a great way to find out a bit more about the journey you're about to embark on. We offer both in-person seminars or online replays of past seminars.
Attend an in-person educational seminar near you to meet a Mercer Marketplace 365 associate and learn more about the changes and your health insurance choices. Any family member or person who assists you with your medical coverage needs is also welcome to attend.

Are you already planning to attend an in-person seminar? You can make the most of your time by arriving prepared and ready to learn:
- Review the notification letter you received from your former employer
- Read through the entire welcome kit you recently received from Mercer Marketplace 365
- If you haven’t already done so, call Mercer Marketplace 365 to set up a consultation with a Benefits Counselor--- click here for our contact information
- Think about any questions you may wish to ask a Mercer Marketplace 365 associate, and jot them down in your welcome kit or on a separate sheet of paper
- Arrive a few minutes early the seminar location so that you may check-in and find a seat
- Be ready to learn about the upcoming change in your health care coverage and the options that will soon be available to you
- Keep your appointment with your Benefits Counselor--- this person is your advocate who will help you understand your coverage options so you can feel empowered to make the choice the best fits your needs and budget

We are able to share the same information available with you in a convenient, recorded seminar that you may listen to at your convenience. Invite any caregivers who may be assisting you to listen in as well.
